Every transaction with TMI is final and irreversible. There are no cancellations, reversals, or second thoughts.

Once delivered, it cannot be revoked, undone, or “returned.”

Fraud Prevention & Dispute Policy
We actively monitor for payment fraud and misuse.
If a customer attempts a chargeback or dispute, the account and license will be immediately and permanently terminated. All necessary records — including indicator activation, IP logs, and digital access timestamps — will be submitted to the payment provider as evidence.
We take fraud seriously. Attempting to reverse a valid transaction violates this policy and will result in blacklisting from future access to TMI or any affiliated systems.
Limited Support — Not Refunds
While we do not offer refunds, we do offer technical support to ensure that your access and installation are functioning correctly. If you are face a genuine access issue or activation failure, our support team will assist you — but never through a refund.

Policy Enforcement
Every user who purchases TMI agrees — legally and digitally — to this refund policy at checkout. Once the “complete purchase” button is clicked and payment is processed, you have accepted all terms in full. TMI reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice, but the no-refund clause will never change.
